Schäfer has been working as a sports director at RB Leipzig for almost two years. The 42-year-old is a possible replacement for Krösche if he leaves. Eintracht Frankfurt has developed several talents in recent years who have been successful in the Bundesliga. The club wants to continue developing young players and bringing them into the Bundesliga.
